WHO IS EDI-T FOR?

Absolutely everyone is welcome to join, we want to support and work with as many people as possible so long as they are comfortable with our values and goals.

EDI-T is a global community with the goal of improving equity, diversity and inclusion across the education sector for women and those currently underrepresented in top positions, which are predominantly filled by men.

Most companies and leaders across the international education sector are still not achieving adequate EDI targets and this is stifling innovation and progress.

What we do

  • Close the diversity gap

    Leadership positions in education are still dominated by men. Diverse leadership teams perform better and on average, generate more revenue, so it’s about time we make some changes. We need to prioritise equity, diversity, and inclusion, break down barriers, and support professionals to diversify education leadership.

  • Community

    EDI-T is a network for women and those underrepresented across the global education sector. We know how important a strong network is for career progression and breaking the glass ceiling. Our virtual platform takes the ‘work’ out of networking and enables you to make connections and grow, whenever it suits you.

  • Knowledge sharing

    To make the sector more diverse, we need to address what’s holding us back. Through member-exclusive content, webinars and events, we will bring people together to share challenges and come up with solutions, so we can EDI-T the sector together.

We are a team of three founders, all passionate about boosting opportunities for those in the business of education and who have all enjoyed the experience of benefits of the international education sector. Our mission and vision is clear. We want to empower women and those underrepresented to break down the barriers at the top in organisations across the international education sector.
